Empowering Workplaces Where People Thrive

Founded in Wood Buffalo

Serving Canada-wide

What We Do

We provide corporate training and workplace development programs that empower people and modernize organizations.

Mission

To modernize workplaces by empowering leaders, employees and organizations to embrace inclusivity, cultural awareness, and innovative leadership practices.

Vision

A future where every workplace is safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented, enabling every individual to reach their full potential.

Our Story

The Mindful Workplace was founded on a simple belief: the future of work is about people — people who are empowered, respected, and included.

Our journey began in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, where we experienced firsthand the realities of diverse, fast-paced, and often challenging workplaces. Those experiences shaped our mission: to create safer, more inclusive, and growth-focused environments where every individual feels valued.

From these local roots, we have grown into a Canada-wide training partner, helping organizations strengthen their cultures, support their people, and position themselves as employers of choice. Today, we proudly work alongside businesses, leaders, and teams across the country to build workplaces where both people and organizations can thrive.
