Annual Learning Requirements

To maintain certification each year, your organization completes two simple learning commitments:

  • Employee Awareness Training
    At least one employee attends a Mindful Workplace awareness course each year. (Women in Trades, Inclusivity Awareness, Cultural Awareness, Mental Health Awareness, etc.)
  • Leadership Development
    At least one supervisor or manager completes a leadership or culture session annually.

These activities ensure your certification remains active, meaningful, and aligned with continuous improvement.
